The villa was extended and renovated in 2022 for maximum comfort.
Nestled in a small family housing area, on the road to the ocean, the villa enjoys a very quiet environment at the end of a dead end street.
The large living room with open kitchen and lounge opens onto the terrace and pool, on a plot of 800 m2. With 5 spacious bedrooms, including a dorm room for 5 children, it is ideal for 3 families (total of 13 people max). The Villa has been designed for convivial moments: 100m2 of fitted wooden terrace, heated swimming pool, summer kitchen with plancha and aperitif fridge, boulodrome, ping-pong table and trampoline.

Living room and kitchen
The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room, equipped with a large convivial table ideal for meals with family or friends. The living room is organized around the wood stove that will warm up your winter days. The 2 sofas can be transformed into beds for home-cinema evenings with the children.
Sleeping area #1
The main house has three bedrooms with double beds (160 cm) and a large bathroom with shower and double sink. Each of the bedrooms has storage space (closet, chest of drawers).
Sleeping area #2
Night space oriented around the pool, composed of a room with double bed 160 cm and a dormitory room with bunk beds, ideal for 5 children. Both rooms have a bathroom with shower.
Outdoor area
The summer kitchen will be ideal for your lunches or aperitifs by the pool. All the necessary equipment (garden furniture, parasol) is available so that you can fully enjoy the 100m2 terrace. A bowling alley, ping-pong table and trampoline will brighten up the days of young and old.
